Service throughout the life of your machine
Our machines are built for long-term use. Good maintenance and timely support are essential to that. From Rotterdam, we support customers with preventive maintenance, repairs, overhauls and technical support. In our workshop and on location.
Maintenance & repair
Periodic and preventive maintenance helps to spot problems early and keep your machine reliably deployable. Our service engineers carry out maintenance and repairs in our workshop in Rotterdam or at your location. In the event of a breakdown, you can contact our technical service department directly for support.
Parts available straight away
A machine at a standstill needs to get back to work as quickly as possible. That is why we keep a large stock of parts in Rotterdam. Parts can be ordered directly from Naaktgeboren and, when in stock, delivered or collected straight away.
Overhaul
Even after years of intensive use, a machine can still hold a lot of value. Naaktgeboren carries out both smaller and complete overhauls. We assess the condition of the machine and renew or repair parts and systems where necessary, so that the machine can be deployed reliably again.
Tests & inspections
Alongside maintenance and repair, we can arrange a range of tests and inspections. These include ADR, SIR, SBG and PED-related tests and inspections.
Knowledge of your machine under one roof
Our machines are developed and built in Rotterdam. That knowledge remains available after a machine has left our factory. Service, engineering and production work together within one organisation. So for maintenance, breakdowns, overhauls and technical questions, we can draw on the people and the knowledge behind the machine.
Service on location
Not every machine can or needs to come to Rotterdam. Our service engineers have their own service vans and can also carry out maintenance, repairs and technical support on location. That way, we bring our technical knowledge to the place where your machine is deployed.
WOMA high-pressure technology
As WOMA dealer for the Netherlands, Naaktgeboren also supports customers with high-pressure technology from WOMA. From Rotterdam, we handle sales and rental, as well as maintenance, repairs, parts, pump service and inspections. This brings vacuum and high-pressure technology together within one organisation.
