Descaling and cleaning sewers and pipes
The ultra-high-pressure pumps of the 03 series, with a working pressure up to 250 bar and a flow up to approximately 400 l/min, are the specialists for descaling and cleaning sewers and pipes. Alongside the corrosion-resistant stainless steel version, WOMA also offers a lower-cost pump head in grey cast iron. The sealing system of this plunger pump needs little maintenance thanks to its smaller number of wearing parts. The ceramic plungers used stand up very well to acidic and alkaline liquids. An alternative is the pump with coated steel plungers, which increases wear resistance and resistance to thermal shock.
The 03 series makes its case on price/performance, thanks to long service intervals – even in intensive daily work. A particular feature of the 03 series is a second shaft end to which another pump can be coupled, doubling output where that is wanted. Every WOMA pump gearbox has an integrated oil cooling system. All WOMA pumps are moreover certified to ATEX (Ex II 2G D T5).
