Industrial cleaning: paint stripping and descaling

With a working pressure up to 1500 bar and flow rates up to 605 l/min, these plunger pumps of the Z series are the ideal hand tool for industrial cleaning work such as paint stripping and descaling. The plunger guide gives the sealing system a long service life. The sealing water system used prevents leakage, allows a particularly long life for the high-pressure seals and keeps air from being drawn in. The built-in central valve design gives these plunger pumps a high volumetric efficiency even at high pressure.

Pumps with a working pressure above 1000 bar use carbide plungers, which are exceptionally robust and long-lived, and so keep maintenance costs low. A particular feature of the Z series is a second shaft end to which another pump can be coupled, doubling output where that is needed. Every WOMA pump gearbox has an integrated oil cooling system. All WOMA pumps are moreover certified to ATEX (Ex II 2G D T5).
