The Eco Top Rotating Cleaner is a hand-held tool for cleaning and paint stripping flat surfaces. A balancer holds the tool in its working position, so the operator does not carry its weight.
The rotating nozzle carrier head runs self-powered or on an external drive, pneumatic or electric. With an external drive you set the speed independently of the nozzles, and so work more precisely.
The set-up can be extended with extraction and water treatment, which helps in places that must not get wet.
