Intermediate-gear unit for 50 to 500 kW: 1,500 bar and 435 l/min
The EcoMaster ZWG is regulated by an integrated multi-stage intermediate gear with an additional overdrive function, in a power range of 50 to 500 kW. One machine thus covers the complete range of industrial high-pressure applications, with fuel consumption optimised at every working point.
The D 700Z is the larger of the two ZWG units: the same 540 kW diesel engine, with the 700Z pump delivering up to 435 l/min at 1,500 bar. Working at a low engine speed cuts consumption and noise emission considerably; shifting is controlled via the display, without load and during operation.
